When reflecting on my most significant experiences, I find fulfillment in assisting others in reaching their goals and recognizing their self-worth. Having worked in diverse fields, I have realized the importance of providing neutrality and support, which I aim to offer each client. By meeting them at their current stage in their mental health journey, my goal is to create a safe and stable environment for them to explore their different aspects and viewpoints.
As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I apply a range of methods and strategies to support individuals, children, adolescents, and various relational dynamics in their natural growth process. In my experience within a neurodiverse setting, I specialize in ADHD and other related disorders. I also provide support for parents/guardians. This can either be individual therapy for their personal growth or regularly scheduled appointments to learn how to manage or support their child’s needs. Furthermore, I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from LeMoyne and a Master of Arts in MFT from SU.
I work with adults, teens, and children. I also offer consultation support for parents/guardians with a child with ADHD symptoms.
